This plugin is for minstrels. Since ROI they can hold ballads and anthems active, while in combat.
The plugin shows a window with three active ballads and up to six active anthems.
When using fixed anthem themes, it also tracks the coda bonus effects.

When using a fixed anthem theme, why do the anthems stay marked until a coda was played?
In current versions of lotro, when you played an anthem, it adds a bonus to your coda. The description says, that only happens when the anthem is active. That is currenly not true. It does not matter when the anthem was played, even if you are out of combat between the played anthem and the coda. So I have added a feature to track the anthem bonus effects for the coda.
Known bugs in this feature:
Because I cannot really figure out that a coda was played, I only check if you are in combat while all ballads are resetting. I guess that the coda is played then. If you play a coda out of combat (in no stance or in harmony), then the logic does not work correctly.
The anthem "Anthem of the Third Age (Harmony)" does not reset, when playing a coda. So it stays marked, even if it has no bonus effect for the coda anymore.
