I'll likely implement this in my compilation. Hopefully we can figure out the page buttons, but other than that another great extended panel!
Looking at the only other panel that I could think of with page buttons I found this code in Thrashfinger's extended auction panel:

I wonder if there are similar elements for the barter panel? If there are, they of course are not listed in the toolkit as you mentioned 
I'd really like to see a full documentation of the UI that builds on what we already know and have that published.
