Things are constantly changing, been added and removed. I'm testing new ideas, experimenting, learning and slowly building my own UI.

* Changes to almost every window and panel ingame, grafical elements added, removed, modified and put together by magic.
* Removed several MTX-buttons (buttons redirecting you to the lotro store), unfortnaly i cant remove all of them.
* LOTRO store-buttons removed or hidden from the Wallet, Perks, character journal, apparance tab and some windows i cant remember right now.

* New quickslot layout, you are free to move the vitals however you want but Ive set up the vitals to be above the quickslots and the effect-window appears now beneath, this creates a big gap between them and would look very weird if you did not set it up like i did.

* Several new graphics, transparency changes, icons, buttons,
* Added alot of changes from Adra´s Extended and enhanced panels

* New Vitals - Repositioning a lot of things like the effect window and level-indicator.
* New Mainbar - a slim bar with just enough space to hold 3 quickslotbars.
* Small alterations to the minimap, like transparency and layout.

Setup:
* unpack the .zip file to whatever you like and move the Legendary UI folder to:
C:\User(s)\*your account name*\documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\skins\
If UI and/or skins folders don't exist, create it.
* after you chosen the Legendary UI of Third Age ingame, restart!
* Turn of the 3d portrait in graphic options! you can still excess the group-menu by rightclick your vitals.
* possibility to hide the mainbar-buttons, The option is found in UI options, simply chose the "LOTRO store" button as nr 1-7 instead, this makes them invisible.
* In options set the shift and alt qickslot bar not to show always, this allows you to press shift or alt to make them show when you want to, storing things not necessarily needed in-combat (like buffs, food, etc.)
I recommend however to use a quickbar plugin like "Buffbars" or " TonicBars" (i prefer tonicbar).
I´ve got no trouble using only 3 bars visible at all times as a captain, while additional bars pop up only when needed.

Love it - keep up the great job!
I would love to see enemy's type indication (by vitals border colour for example) thou, mainly rares and elites.

You've got a very good point mention type indication, i can certainly see the benefits of it. In next update I've changed the vitals slightly giving signature, elite and elitemasters a red colour that fades over half the vital. i am considering the difference between them should be a little bit more and the colour to be just a bit brighter so it shows well. But you can be assured some kind of indicator will be there.

quest tracker
installed your ui 1400 x 900 is my res and quest tracker is there but isnt showing any quest i've checked text size and everything.

I've not modified the quest tracker in any way except turning it of in the UI-settings, try turn it on.
Probably not the problem but just to mention it... you could try see if you marked any quests in your quest-log to show in the tracker.
Other then that i have no clue why you cant see it

Mobs vitals
yes i would also like to see the level of the mobs . btw i got the quest tracker working. also on the player vitals u cant right click on it to leave grp and such, you have to target yourself then do it lol make it real hard to leave quick .

Levels will probably never be visible, this interface aims to get as little info possible on the screen without loosing any vital information or functions, and levels are already indicated by the colour of the enemy names and the tooltip if you point the mouse over him I think. And your own level are just not that important but you can point the mouse over your xp-bar to see it
Normally you rightklick your portrait to get the the options to leave group, lootrules etc, I have hidden the portrait so ii is hard to do this.
To get the function working you need to turn of 3D portraits in your advanced graphic settings. This will normally make a lowresolution image aper instead of the portrait witch work the same way but i made it totally transparent and stretched over the vitals, making rightklicking your vitals work. neat isn't it!
Btw. I did some testing with 1440x900 just now and was amazed with the lvl of compatibility, after some small changes in sizes of quickbars and minimap that I could do ingame. it was almost like playing with my normal resolution.

one pc the res is 1440 900 and the main one is 1600x900 and both work fine but i would like to move the meter from the action bar where id like it but over all its a good ui but on that note with buffs being abuve the opponents vitals if alot get on it it tends to cover the vitals

Very nice ui, just the kind I've been looking for.
However, I wonder if it's possible to have the ui-scale at 0.75 without the xp bar and the box around the hotbars ending up in the middle of the screen.

How would I go about incorporating the more transparent tooltips and other such windows into my UI? I am using basically stock UI, with changes like Dressing Room, SuperCraft, Larger AI Panel, and Larger Auction Panel, but have always wanted a way to make the tooltips more transparent (since I like to actually see stuff that gets hidden behind them sometimes).
Any advice is appreciated!

crafting window
any one else having problems with the crafting window?
A) mine doesn't load the texture file
B) the alignment is also off so that I cannot craft anything that I am not in the master section of the tier for, so when it has the "preview" of what will happen when you're going to master the skill covers up the Make buttons
C) I have redownloaded/gone back to ver0.7 running in 1680x1050 and reran the layout command several times none of which fix the issue at hand
if there is a way to pull out the crafting window entirely from the code I would do so (but I do not understand this type of coding yet) so that I could just insert the same crafting window back in.
Furthermore there is a large map addon that you may want to concider that I found in the build your own UI thing. It makes the background of the of the current quests tracked transparent as to not block out the map behind it.

Sorry guys for not updating in a wile, haven't played in moths and quite tiered of this skin.
Made a quick fix by removing the wide crafting panel.

Absolutely love this skin. Is there any way to center the main toolbars? I don't like them on the bottom right side of the screen I want them in the bottom center =P Do i change this in the .xml file or is there some other method?
