This isn't a bug really. Just that I've noticed the Eclipse UI is a black interface with an accent color - blue. And green. And yellow. It all depends on which Panel you're viewing.
I would suggest removing the two additional colors. I haven't been playing in graphics programs lately but last I knew there was a means of altering colors throughout an image with a slider. So altering the colors should not be too difficult.
You could even release separate Blue, Green or Yellow (or any other color) versions of Eclipse. |

The 'blue button-yellow tab-green selection' combo stands still. No plan on color versions.
