Call to Greatness /tell ?

Is it possible to create a button that will cast the Call of Greatness skill on the current targetted player, and to /tell them a message that they have the buff so they can utilize it more?

No - but you should be able to do the following alias in-game that will get you close. Just put this shortcut next to your skill icon

/alias ;CoG /tell ;target Call of Greatness !!

then you can make a shortcut for it:

/shortcut 120 ;CoG
