Building a new tower - any suggestions?

All priced out from Newegg (as of this post) it'll be $723.

I also need any suggestions on an inexpensive water cooling system. It'll be my first so it needs to have straight forward instructions on how to install it.

I am probably also going to get a new monitor and give my current 19" widescreen to my wife. I'm considering the Sceptre X20WG 20.1" (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824112006) but shhh I haven't told her yet!
