Class Themed Skins?

I'm wondering if anyone out there can make UI skins themed around the classes in LOTRO. I'd love a Burg UI, Champ UI, Warden UI, etc, etc. I'm not sure what you can do to the mainbar but having a dagger or sneaking character on it would be cool for my Burg. Dark brown and black in color theme. I'm not too creative but that's just what pops into my head.
