Greyskin shifting UI components?

I'm using greyskin v3 slightly modded to personal taste and have a problem switching from full screen to windowed.

When I switch to windowed mode (same res) the hotbars... all of them shift upwards and squish together.

When I switch back to full screed the main hotbar moves 40 or so pixel upward as well as the backpack/panel buttons.

I am using a repositioned main bar as well.

Screenies:

Any ideas whats going on?

Here's a workaround to this:

Use the /bug command and choose the Upload File option. This will minimize the game without putting it into Windowed Mode. Simply select Cancel on the dialog box that displays and click on the LOTRO bar within the task bar once you're ready to return to the game and cancel the bug window to continue without any UI shifting.
