REQ: Fervour/Pip display

Anyone thought of creating a proper Lua coded Fervour/pip/attunement meter ?

It wouldn't need to be anything fancy, just funtional.

Bit like http://www.lotrointerface.com/downlo...ervorPips.html

But with a few features such as that you could move it

Opacity and scaling would be definately a positive things as well
