Need more Monster Play UI Skins for LOTRO

I think we need more Monster Play UI Skins for LOTRO. I am not able to create UI skins for I do not know how. But I think I speak for everyone when I say it would be nice to have more Monster Play UI skin options. Excpecially sense Free players can play it now. I hope I see new options. Thank You if you do create new Monster UI skins.
