Proof of concept only - BuffFrame

I have been playing around with the buff display, but don't want to burden myself with yet another plugin. So, I release the code here as a proof-of-concept only.

This plugin provides the user with a scalable buff display. Unlock the display and click/drag inside the white box and the buff display rescales.

It does NOT do duration flashing, has a rubbish tooltip etc etc. As I say - proof of concept only and NOT something I intend to develop further!

Install/load as other plugins.
