Stephar UI update

Hi guys, Stephar no longer plays LOTRO and unfortunately i am no longer in contact with him, would anyone be willing to spare some time to update his wonderful UI that he made for me to accommodate the 6th bag and also for a change on the mounted combat UI if possible.

Ideally i would like the mounted combat bars to be exactly the same as the normal one, with a slight addition to the left
