Toolbar problems with AzureGlass at 1152x864

I'm running the game at 1152 x 864, and my monitor also is running at 1152 x 864.

The toolbar appears at the top side of the screen, not where it's supposed to be.

This is the code I'm supposed to edit.

Why am I having these problems?
