Any mods for LoTRO that you deem essential?

Or at least help out alot?

I've played a few MMO's, and some addons for them can really help the experience along. Any like that for this? Thanks.

Actually - no not really! Even as a plugin author there is nothing that is essential (yet?). I like the stuff that makes the UI cleaner, and things like Lyrical or Songbook that streamline the RP experience. But there is nothing that is is essential.

Depends what you do. If you raid, I'd say buff bars and combat analysis are essential.

For every day use I always run buff bars and travel window. Plugin manager is a given just to make things easier. Everyone should be using that.

Daily Task Database is essential in Eraidor....

well I could do without if I had too. :D

Palantir, Buffbars and Plug-in Manager get used on every character.

I use this on anyone that I’m leveling up Daily Tasks database and item tracker

For the hunter I use Travel Window

I built my own UI out of skins that I've got from here.

BuffBars, Travel Window and (vitally) Plugin Manager (seriously, if you're installing more than one plugin, get this one) are my essentials for all characters. Songbook gets an honourable mention, it's a bit fidgety but saves a bunch of alt-tabbing if you have a character that plays music.

Buff Bars and Daily Tasks Database. I do like Bevyobars too.

And a quick plug for Black Vellum skin, lovely.

Mouse Cursor Highlighter Advanced, Plugin Manager, Songbook, TonicBars

I'm going to echo the comment about manager...if you run more than one plugin, get it.

I use Palantir, Buffbars, and TonicBars as the "must-haves" (manager too, obviously), but I also use CTime, cause I like the time being right there on screen. Combat Analysis is a nice one too.

Plugin Manager. I also suggest moving interface objects around to streamline your UI.

I also use SortPack, KragenBars, WardenEase (since KragenBars does not have a warden layout), Compendium, and MoorMap.

Out of all of these I'd deem the plugin manager and Kragen/Warden to be the ones I don't like to play without.
