Description: This isn't a complete re-haul of the interface as I don't think there's anything wrong with the original art. The majority of the changes are simply to remove all the meaningless little things that dangle off various windows.
Here's a list of what I've changed (some minor changes may be missing):
The interface as a whole is a lot grayer than the default.
Removed frills from the majority of the windows.
