This is the exact error message it is giving

I had the same problem at one point, I had to delete the data file for the character inside the plugins folder. This allowed it to rebuild it on the next use of that character.

For an unknown reason this file "HugeBagMode.plugindata" get corrupted so like Bomrar said, delete the file so it can be created again.
