Virtue pips progress bars and what not info.May 5 2012.

I no hardcore gamer but after reading this I'm guessing this no longer a bug but
a removal from Turbine part due to new rank numbers.
Currently my UI doesn't display the progress bars anymore if you read the post on the link above.
I can now see why Turbine decided to remove the progress bars,the rank goes all the way to 24 instead of 12 which don't leave any room to put those progress buttons around the trait icons.
I will have to re edit the codes for it and remove the old codes that are no longer working in later date,I just wanted to mention this cause now we or I wont be making any progress bars for virtues.
When the time comes for me to work on the virtue pips I put more info later date what I'm going to do with it.
