Bevy o' Bars; Uploaded to SVN and made public

I have uploaded Bevy o' bars to the svn and made access available. However, this is a less stable version than live and contains the (slightly bugged) quickslot swopping code. I prefer it this way, but others do not - so I need to make this a hidden option in the new live version.
Work continues on the Bevy Hider and I am making progress (mental only) on a Pop-Up module for Bevy.
