Allow the user to adjust the width of each control individually. This
would allow players to place the various controls wherever it was
appropriate for their specific layout and skin. One area where I've
found this might be necessary is the Player Location control which
either overwrote nearby controls or truncated a location's name.
Unfortunately I cannot recall exactly what happened, or where, as this
happened right when I started using Titanbar and thought it was user
error - I just remember the location name was displayed strangely.

As discussed on plugin page. I will create a new feature which only changes the invisible control size and leaves icon & text unchanged/unscaled.
