I would be useful to be able to set whether an alert can appear only in-combat, only out-of-combat, or in any combat state (default).
Having an increasing number of low-importance alerts, I would not like them to be popping up at inopportune times during combat, interfering with my concentration on the battle and more important combat alerts I want to see.

Once the "Snooze" function is available I will be able to create an option to force an alert to "Snooze" based on combat state so that it will not pop up until the combat state allows it.
