I'm not sure if it helps, but despite of 'random' logout crashes I expecting some (a nil value) messages. I'll ry to gather them here, list will be updated unless Garan say it is useless:
You have acquired a [Gauradan Claw].

Switching brestplate by double-click or LMB click in inventory.

Ver 3.0 eliminated the logout crashes and the Equipped Items panel is no longer part of AltInventory so this bug is effectively eliminated.
