Ok,starting from B.G.M Version 4.0 and up will not have any optional pack folders.

I removed them due that I haven't fully test them to see they work on F2P version of Lotro.

I did this on purpose to make the zip pack smaller size that only concentrate the main UI only,this is for people that have limited bandwidth.

This reduce confusion for new players how to install the main UI,also
it reduce intimidation of using my UI when they see bunch of folders file etc. which kept some from using my UI.

Once I finish with all my color UI's,I will go over the optional stuff and fix them where needed and re release them in separate download.

Ok I need to apologize that I haven't release the Blue UI yet,I'm still working on them.
Yeah I'm not going to lie to yall,I was distracted playing Fall Out Vegas and overslept.
