B.G.M 4.0 patched version has been uploaded.

I have uploaded the patched version,you will be able to patch the B.G.M 3.1 to 4.0 Patched version.
This patch fix and improves the following:

The main toolbar is fixed from the drop shadow buttons on the right hand side.
Fixed the skin art for the Lotro store,thanks to Elfheart and Philomorph work.

Fixed the toolbar alignment of the character sheet where the money is displayed.
Added and improved the dressing room by adding my B.D.R.X configuration,due to this
I'm no longer supporting resolution of 800x600.
Re edit and fixed some the vitals avatar circle that was miss aligned.
Re edit the attack button to smaller size.
Re edit the fervor and the focus bars to be set on top of the main toolbar
and redit the skin art to my UI skin design.
Removed the attack animation button due to the size of the attack button skin art
and because it gets in the way of the champs and hunters bars.

There still some work to be had to fixed the skins but this should address the imediate problems.
