No major changes to vitals,so don't worry.

Alright this due design decision and some emails.
First of all I will leave the new elite vitals since that looked cool.
Second due to Turbines hard coded image of Archnemesis and Elite master I can't changes those,so no point wasting my time editing image for it.
Heres what it looks like.

Also rare signature uses the regular vitals instead of the orange vitals.
So in the end I'm leaving the vitals as they are as in art,but I'm just fixing the circle avatar that's off aligned.
So rejoice for people that likes my old vitals,they be the same just minor fix and minor art edit.
