Fixing for update 7 toolbar and vitals on the work,May 14 2012.

Currently finish with the toolbar,I had to remove the extra border or box looking type from the main toolbar due to new 6 slot bag for RoR.
I'm currently fixing the vitals and will be released as a patch with the toolbar
to make the zip pack worth while downloading it.

I'm still waiting for the new skinpack from Turbine to be release here,I hope it will be soon so I can finish the B.G.M 6,I still have quite few things I need to fix and tweak and redo etc etc.
