Woot they fix my electricity volt problems finally or so it seems.

Yesterday was the last straw for us,it was really getting bad and on Sunday morning around 2am another 2 surge protector exploded.
Likely I'm awake at that time heard them.
Monday night 8pm we called again to the electricity company to come check again and this time they guy saw one of the light bult across the street flickering which at the same time our shop/house was doing the same.
The guy drove down the block and found the problem,it was a loose wire cable that wasn't doing a good contact and with the wind it would make the volt jump high down.
He got up there and tighting the wires,since then we no longer have anymore flickering at all and the volts been pretty much stable between low volts 118 to high 124 normal house hold volts are 120.
No longer it goes above 170 or low 40 volts like before,I had my computer on all night till today and my apc battery back hasn't kicked in at all since then and before it would kicked in every 30 mins or so and constantly which was dangerous.
So it seems it finally fix and now I can continue working on B.G.M which I'm about to do after this post.
This guy actually knows what he was doing and I'm glad that for now it seems has been fix.
Sorry for delays,I really could'nt work on my UI,a week ago seemed fine at the time but got worse each day passed by.
