Working on B.G.M 4.3 news update#9 Edit

The skin for the vault aren't working so I have to leave them as default till will get the new skin art pack.
I have how ever fixed the border where the skin repeats,I have re edit made new dimension size skin border.
Since I only can play the game as high as 1920x1080 so that's the dimension size I made for when you stretched the vault wide see pic.
I'm still looking for more stuff that need fixing but seems i nearly finished,least for the Blue skin UI.
