Working on B.G.M 4.3 news update#7

No skin art pack yet,no big deal so far.
I manage to fix some UI art which are the following:

Fixed the shadow buttons that are miss aligned from the ingame option menu and re edit the skin art abit.
Fixed the money bar that is located in the character page.
Also because of some rare bug in different language OS I have decided to remove the toolbar panel ID code to minimize the problem about not be able to select my UI ingame for some odd reason.
I also will renamed my skin folder with out the [Period(.)] like 4.2 it will be only
4 2 with a blank space,this also is to reduce a rare bug in different language OS as stated above.
It could also affect people playing Virtual Machines, so those are the steps I'm taking to minimize the rare bug.
Note:
Because I have removed the toolbar ID code,the long fervor bars and the focus bars will be removed.
I have created a small size bars that the default dimension lets me make.
Because I have remove the toolbar code you no longer have to worry about minimizing the game and back to fullscreen,the toolbar will remain at the bottom of the screen all times.
So 1 skindefintion file will be already in the bgm folder,you will no longer need to worry about what resolution to play the game but you still have to play the game above this resolutions width 1024 height 720.
This is due to the new dressing room and the deed page.
I'm still looking what else I need to fix,I just remember I'm going to remove the
letters in the upkeep housing the DUE and the PAY letters.
I'm doing this cause I can't see the date which I have paid,this should be now clearly seen.
You will be able to tell what you have paid and due by the glow colors,DUE's are in Red while PAID are in Green.
