Update news for B.G.M

Well,haven't tried to fix my UI cause was hoping to recieve the new skin art asset by now.
So I planning to fix by hacking the current skin to enlarge the portion that needs it and see what I can do with what we have.
But I won't do this till the end of the week on this Saturday Dec 11 2010,I giving it few more days to see if we get the new skin art by then.
If we don't get it by Saturday I will work on the fix as stated above,please note that the vault,barter wallet and other areas will still use the Turbine skin cause we don't have the new skin art.
Thanks guys for using my UI and letting me know if there any problem with it.
