Buffwatch; Uploaded to SVN and made public

Buffwatch is a plugin designed to monitor buffs on yourself and give you a warning if you are missing any. /bw brings up the options once in game.
I have now uploaded this, without instructions, to the SVN. Something has happened to my computer and I have lost the final version from the beta - so this revision contains bugs and should be considered alpha quality, hence the SVN only upload. EDIT: Found a 0.4 Beta version - *phew* - so at least it is reasonably stable!
I do not intend to do any more work on Buffwatch until f2p goes live in Europe so that I can test it with my higher-level characters.
