As stated on the download page for this skin, it isn't my work but is a re-vitalisation of work completed by Kuvasie to bring an EQ skin into LOTRO.

So all credit for the majority of the look and feel should go to her / him, closely followed by those that created the definitions and art for the modified panels I've used. (Daimon, LedMirage and MirrarKitty/Firefern.

Where I have modified the skin I've tried to use re-curring patterned graphics that keep with the theme of the skin - the RK attunement panel is actually based on a tatoo artwork.

Probably my main addition is the batch file to help modify the skindefinition file for different resolutions and toolbars.
