Titan Bar Confusion

I'm new to Titan Bar (which shocks me because it's so widely used and has incredible options and features). I'm just a little confused about which version is the most recently updated and which patches should be added for maximum functionality. In other words, will the most recently updated version include all the patches (like the one that improves reputation tracking for example)? I am installing through the LotRO Plugin Compendium (another thing I can't believe I only started using recently), so I assume the version of Titan Bar from the Compendium is the most recent.
