main bar 1-10

Okay I admit I am 100% brand new to this game, and these mods so this may be a stupid question but it's really bugging me.
Is there a mod(or possibly just someway in the game) that will all you to keep all of your quick slots open all the time, not just 1-= but the ctrl shift and alt slots so that you don't have to keep pressing the keys to bring up the bars. Essentially I'm asking is there a way to have more slots open for easy clickable use?

I'm an idiot, I just found the option to keep the bars open...

You're not an idiot. Lotro UI is not an easy one to figure out.
