Plugin Icons not always showing on HUD.

I am wondering why I am not seeing an icon on my HUD for the following plugins: Hytbold Assitant, L.I.P.(Legendary Item Planner), Minstrel Buff, Palantir II, Scrolling Combat Text, Tulkas, Wallet and Cooking Reference. My screen resolution is 1920x1080. The plugin manager shows an icon on the About tab for those plugins.
