Vitals bars background

Hello,

I thought this might be useful for others Authors.

So after messing a lot with the UI, I found out that ArtAssetID="black_translucent" is the image used for the vitals bars background.

This image is also used for the crafting skills background.

If you want to get rid of the background you can replace it with the invisible.tga file.
