Gandalf in Navy Blue MoM --> SoM

Hi there, I have used the Gandalf in Navy Blue for a long time as I think it looks very nice, but ofcourse now with Siege of Mirkwood the UI has changed and the latest version of Gandalf in Navy Blue doesn't seem to apply that well anymore

I myself have no clue about coding etc, so I like to know if it's possible for anyone to update this UI skin?
