They are still there, they are just really slow/unresponsive. I usually have to try to reload a page 2 or more times just to get it to come up.

Actually, you need to use the user name and password you logged into the game client with. They no longer use a separate user id for the forums.

I was there earlier today and the beta forum was there and there was nothing saying it was about to go away but I see it's gone now.
