Problem with UI alignment (mainbar)

I'm trying to use the Spirit of Elfwood UI with the movable main bar option but something just isnt working right.

When I load that UI the main bar and all its menu options are doubled up and not at all aligned.

Here is what it looks like:

The first time you load a new UI that doesn't use the default placement and dimensions for things, it will look like that. All you have to do is exit and relog and everything should be where it is supposed to be.
