Is this the icon placeholder for our alias ? (the reason so they are all on a black background)

I am not sure about where this file is used, but I believe the Mapping ArtAssetID="test_black" ID is used for the black background of the alias command.

The skill_alias.tga might be an overlay for alias skills though.
