Tracking Fervour

I had this idea to make a simple, moveable bar to keep track of fervour pips for champions (I hate where it's at now), so I was browsing through the LOTRO API.

Maybe I missed it, but I couldn't find any function to retrieve info about a player's current fervour. Is there such a function?
