Casted debuff/disable duration timer plugin?

Hi

Is it there a plugin that can do this right now or is possible to do? Ive seen plugins that can track the duration of buffs and debuffs thats active on my character, but no luck yet with the ones that i just used on a target. Counting everytime can really be stressful sometimes.
