dark ui

i really do like the Dark UI , but my resoultion is 1280x960,this therefore makes the toolbar buttons at central bottom of the screen far to small for and the ingame ui scaling doesnt help.

can someone tell me values / calculations needed to be altered in the xml file please?

if i just make those buttoms bigger more towards defualt then i be really happy with the interface.
