Unhappy ToolbarField == main UI hassle

I've been playing with LotRo UI for quite some time and each time it comes back to the in game unmovable ToolbarField and embedded elements: from XP bar to auto attack indicator, passing through the main QuicKslot bar size and position.

Both for the players and the UI authors it's a major hindrance.
The former as they have to cross their fingers and find UI that fits their custom resolutions
The latter as they need to create many different XML files, hand testing them all.

Me thinks it's time to add some HiddenDragBox panels in each of them.

I agree, they should make at least the attack button, main bar and the fervor bar movable by the ctrl and \ command.

Currently you can no longer move the attack button top of the screen normally as before, now you have to make a costume size toolbar of the screen game resolution to accomplish this.

The command: Detach="1"> no longer works and has become useless,I tried several times with fail attempts.

I also changed the panel id name that used to work and also no longer works.

They could do the same for fervour/pip bar what has been done for Attunement bar - you can select between the large movable version and small attached version from the menu.

Also having those buff displays separated from the vitals as their own independent element would be awesome (maybe with an option to dock them to the vitals so they could be attached easily to the vitals if wanted at their original place, same system like the quickslot bars have).

The detach would do the trick but it won't allow to resize these elements apart from the toolbars, even better than nothing.

For the buff displays it would be most welcome, even more if they were separated in buffs and debuffs panels.

Everything in the toolbar needs to be separated. The ideal, would be to even separate the Toolbar Artwork rendering the possibility or a minimalist toolbar possible from the menu, without diving into UI mods. Warhammer Online had a really good UI system, though very limited in the end, and I would like to see something akin to it in Lotro someday...
