Save Effect (Icon) in a file?

Hi,

is it possible to save an effect in a file and load it when the plugin is loaded?

I made a little plugin with which you can define Buffs and when these Buffs are active, you get customisable visual feedback. BuffList,Bar etc

Now i want to see the Bufficon of a definied buff (with tooltipp etc) in my BuffList next to the Label which shows if the buff is active.
The problem is that i only get the Bufficon when the Buff is active.


So can I save the Buff, eg CrittBuff when it's active and when I reload the plugin I get the Bufficon in my Bufflist although the Buff is inactive?
