Reposition of quickbars

Hi!

I would really appreciate the ability to define the position for each additional quickbar as you can do with the default one.

The option to also move the docking point for the quickbars would be really nice. Removing the graphics between the default quickbar and the additional quickbars now makes a gap wich would be nice to get rid off.
