New Load Screens

Would like to seen new load screens. I'm a VIPer and the ads in the game really disgust me.

My wish would be for buttons to not hide behind the active one... primarily the "gui2_button_eye_large..." family. I want to make a non-square button with different shapes for up and down - see buttons up and down attached.
