Gondor Movie Theme BETA v0.1 by Supermax

I'm working on a Gondor LOTR Movie Theme UI. I like the visual style of the movies and its really to bad EA has it on lock down. Although, here's my version of the UI. I've spent a total of about 7 hours on it at this point (v0.1 BETA) but I'm sure you guys will like it. This is my first interface and I hope to make a great first impression.

I couldn't help but notice the UI rating drop on my interface. Could somebody leave some feedback so I can avoid this?

The bottom hot bar area looks great! I think a little more work on the window border is needed to match how nice the bottom bar looks. I think the window border is good but would look much better with nicer corners. Maybe experiment with some stone looking corners?

I didn't rate you down, only replied since you were looking for some feed back. I know how frustrating it can be if some one rates you down and doesn't leave feedback.

Dont take the ratings personal, theres alot of reasons why they can go up or down; case point: I have a couple "fans" (lol) on the main forums and since my sig goes wherever I go, when they hate me they take it out on me here.

The written feedback folk will give you will be a better indicator of how things are going. Keep up the good work, it grows on you, I'll warn you!

Ya im working on v0.2 right now. I improved on the bottom toolbar. It's a little more white like Gondor stone and I added the black marble texture to the background of the hotbar slots on the toolbar. I also improved the marble tile texture in the menus.

You're right about the menu borders. I'll include your feedback in v0.2.

You need a second color

You only have shades of grey. Try adding little golden patterns and elements

Appearence

-Stone made brighter to further capture the feel of Gondor from the movies
-New Window borders, side columbs etc. *thats for Dolby*
-Marble texture used for menu backgrounds now adjusted to tile more fluently
-Quickslot backgrounds in bottom bar changed from black to the marble
-Title bars will be adjusted to a gold design *thats for you Grimholm*

Other information
-I'd just like to say I'm looking forward to the freedom that book 10 brings to the UI interface game. Expect an amazing UI in the end.
