Skill Icons sucks!

I wonder...Lotro might have the best Graphics as an MMo...But still...there is something that aint right...Look the Toolbar...Those Skill icons look awfull...No colors no effects... I wish if someone could do something about this...

Rune-keepers and Wardens skills...are much better desinged...but old classes...
