Titan Bar Confusion

I'm new to Titan Bar (which shocks me because it's so widely used and has incredible options and features). I'm just a little confused about which version is the most recently updated and which patches should be added for maximum functionality. In other words, will the most recently updated version include all the patches (like the one that improves reputation tracking for example)? I am installing through the LotRO Plugin Compendium (another thing I can't believe I only started using recently), so I assume the version of Titan Bar from the Compendium is the most recent.

nobody maintains the addon itself anymore, Compendium normally loads the outdated main package.

I will only believe that when it is available as 1 package for download. There was also talk of Titanbar2, but it hasn't been released yet.

But it doesn't change the fact that LotRO Plugin Compendium currently only loads the 2022 package, there was a mini patch at the end of 2023 that you have to download separately.
