Hello
I am new to skin developement, and i have read everything posted before i asked.Is there any way to scale portions of the ui?I am aminly referring to hotbars,(i would like to scale them down to 65-75% of default size,but cannot find where in the codes i can resize that if at all.Any information is greatly appreciated
